How far do you travel for events?

Travel within a certain radius of our shop is included, and additional mileage fees may apply for locations that are farther out. If you are not sure whether we can reach your venue, just ask, and we will be happy to check.

What flavors can we choose for our event?

You can select any two for your event package. If you are dreaming of something special or completely custom, let us know. We are happy to discuss specialty flavors and bring your vision to life when possible.

Can the guests have seconds?

Yes. All of our packages include unlimited scoops during your reserved service time, so guests are welcome to enjoy seconds or more.

Do you need power for the ice cream cart?

Accepted Answer

No power is needed. Our cart is fully self contained and keeps everything perfectly frozen without requiring an electrical outlet. This allows us to set up anywhere including indoor spaces, outdoor venues, offices, parks, and private locations.

Do you offer dairy free or vegan options?

Yes, We offer dairy free, gluten free and vegan flavors.

Question 6

Can the cart be set upoutside?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our cart is compact, clean, and easy to roll into most indoor spaces. We only require 39” wide entrance, (like double doors) and a flat, level surface for setup.

Can we extend the service time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Additional time can be added for an hourly rate. Just let us know during booking so we can reserve the extra time.

Are our treats safe for guest with nut allergies?

Accepted Answer

Some flavors may contain nuts or be processed in shared equipment. If you have allergy concerns, please let us know so we can guide you toward the safest flavor choices.
